How do I know my product is genuine?
We are committed to bringing you only the authentic, genuine and recently produced products. We source our products directly from our partner brands in Korea.
What about the product ingredients?
From time to time brands update product descriptions on the packaging, as well as the formulas with updated ingredients. We practice our diligence in reflecting these changes in our shop as soon as we can. However, if you see a discrepancy on what you see on our site and the product you received, please refer to the product packaging for the most up-to-date ingredients.
How do I read the expiration and manufacturing date correctly?
The expiration date printed on some product packaging can easily be mistaken for the manufacturing date at first glance, which can cause some confusion. With the following
guidance, you can easily distinguish and read the two dates:
제조 = Manufactured date
까지 = Open-by date
Why are some products (especially sunscreen tubes) half full?
It is normal for some product containers not to be filled to the top. The size of the container is intentional and has the following reason: The product can expand depending on temperature and storage conditions, and needs enough space to do so; otherwise, the product would spill out when the lid is opened. It is also important to note that products often list volume in ml rather than in g. Although visually more content might fit in the container, each product always contains at least the amount specified on the product.
Do you sell your products only online, or are there also stores?
As of now, we only sell the products online. However, we are continuously expanding.

Are Korean skincare products suitable for all skin types, genders, and ethnicities?
Korean skincare products are formulated to cater to a wide range of skin types, including dry, oily, sensitive, and combination skin. The ingredients and formulas are designed to be effective for people of all genders, ages, and ethnic backgrounds. These products are not limited to any specific demographic and can offer benefits to anyone seeking healthy, radiant skin, regardless of ethnicity or gender.
I’m a total K-Beauty novice, what do I need to know to getstarted?
The first thing to know is that every person’s skin is unique, so skin care is very individual and all about finding out what works best for you. This means skin care is very much a trial-and-error process, and there isn’t a foolproof way to get it right the first time. It’s also important to note that your skin is always changing so your skin care needs will also change over time.
What is the Double Cleanse?
The two-step cleansing method that starts with an oil-based cleanser followed by a water-based cleanser. You need two different formulas to properly and thoroughly cleanse your face every day, in the morning and at night.
My new products are breaking me out! Why is this happening?
Your skin could be going through a period of ‘purging’, which is a term used to describe the adjustment period your skin goes through when you’re using a new product.
Skin care is all about trial and error and the only sure way to find out what is right for your skin is simply to try them out one by one. Whenever introducing new products into your current skincare routine, try only one or two new products at a time and gradually incorporate them into your skin care routine. This way, you know the exact effects of the product, and you help your skin adjust to the new product.
But if the irritation continues, you might be allergic to one or more of the ingredients, in which case you should stop using the product!

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
If you received a damaged product, please SAVE THE PACKAGE & PACKING MATERIALS and reach us at info@gigoom.com immediately for assistance.
Can I add products to my order afterwards?
Yes, generally, we can add products to your order after it has been placed. Just send a short email to info@gigoom.com. As long as we can process your email before your order is shipped, it’s no problem.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €150. Our online store offers an option for international shipping to other countries.
How long will my order take to get delivered?
Orders typically take 1-8 business days to arrive (standard shipping) and 1-5 business days to arrive (express shipping). Shipments are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and on public holidays. Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events.
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your gift or purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase for free. For return from a change of mind, a €9.99
return shipping fee plus tax, where applicable, will be deducted from your refund.
Exclusions:
Returned items must be in original, saleable condition without any damage. Shipping and delivery fees are nonrefundable.
Please note any open items, single-use items, items purchased using a discount code during sales (including free shipping, gift with purchase, pop-up, etc.) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return/refund.
